Copying a paper brochure to make a web site is a great way to make a very bad site. Doing it with flash is worthy of the death sentence.

At least with a crappy foreign language HTML site I can run it through a translator so I know what I'm criticising, but with foreign language flash site I just have to wing it.

They have web addresses listed on some pages but never bother to create links for them. I stumbled on one link but it was broken.
