Flash splash pages suck, flash websites almost always suck, flash that auto plays music suck. That's 3 strikes, go back to web design school.

The navigation on the site is next to useless. The 'Home' button just hides the menu. And you could get a RSI just trying to use the menu scroll buttons to see the end of the menu.

Is is just me or does that logo look like someone bending over, grabbing their ankles?
