This site looks like it was put together by a high school student for a web publishing class. No that's not fair to the high school students, some of them make an effort at building a decent site.

I can't decide whether the site is worse in IE or firefox. In IE you have a wizard popping up making random noises, in Firefox the bottom scroll bar goes flicker, flicker.... flicker, flicker, flicker, flicker.

The only parts of this page that look remotely professional are the template flash banner and the logos for other companies. Either can be, and probably were, grabbed from a real site.
