There is nothing like forcing a user to wait on text animations to browse a page to make the user not want to browse a page.

The disclaimer verges on being nihilistic. Next they will claim that your never actually visiting or reading their site.

I think they have a few pages with out any animations at all, but I suppose no one can be perfect.
