Having to scroll off the page to find the navigational buttons should be an internet crime.

The blue they've used is almost painful to look at. The huge fonts are just terrible, there's no valid reason to have to scroll to the right to see the whole page here. It's not like they were trying to fit a lot on, they just made the few things on it too large to fit. Navigation links should never be on the right side of the page like that. Reduce that font, put the links on the left, tone down that blue and you might have something workable.
