The gear at the top is a positive, but has nothing to do with the rest of the design.

I spent like five minutes just scrolling up and down to make the menu move. It's the only thing the menu was good for, since it doesn't link to anywhere.

Wow, this web page can resize its own window. Now if only there was anything useful about the design services that wouls be great.
