If you judged the site by it's first page it wouln't be a Worst of the Web, but digging a little deeper the sites lack of quality really shines through.

All around crappy page navigation, you have to go back to the main page to navigate from sub page to sub page, and IE page transitions make that even slower.

The history page is 5 printed pages worth of bold text on a photo background to make or eyes cross while reading it.
